Vertec is the new name of a business with deep roots in New Zealand’s engineering history. Originally known as Mullan and Noy, established in 1919, our company began with foundry and wrought iron fabrication and has evolved through various stages and identities. Over the years, we’ve been known as Hamilton Precision Engineering, Mullan and Noy Stevenson Group, and Superior Pak New Zealand, all while remaining committed to excellence in general and precision machining, as well as design and fabrication for the waste management industry.

1990 Mullan & Noy Stevenson Group
Mullan & Noy joins the Stevenson Group, combining resources and expertise to expand its capabilities and industry reach.
2000 Hamilton Precision
Rebranding to Hamilton Precision, the company sharpens its focus on delivering precision-engineered solutions for diverse industries.
2007 Superior Pak New Zealand
